IEEE GRSS seeks Proposals for Brand Identity Designer

IEEE GRSS seeks Proposals for Brand Identity Designer

Deadline

Friday, October 28

Job description

As our society continues to grow and the number and range of GRSS-sponsored and affiliated events increases, it’s important to note that each event is part of shaping our society’s public image. A cohesive, unified brand is key to building a familiar, worldwide identity for GRSS that the public recognizes and connects with. We are requesting proposals to hire a brand identity designer who can create a digital set of GRSS brand assets, including, but not limited to:

  • our existing logo in multiple sizes and formats
  • a set of branded icons to expand the symbolism of GRSS on promotional materials and media
  • a set of media templates including social media posts, event flyers/announcements, and an expanded PowerPoint / Google Slides presentation template.
  • an easy-to-use brand user guide that can accompany the digital assets above on our society brand webpage

We anticipate these materials to be used extensively by our Publicity and Social Media teams, but also be made available to the wider GRSS community. Designers must also adhere to the greater IEEE branding guidelines.

If you are interested in this project, please submit a design proposal, including a few examples of previous work in design (doesn’t have to be branding specifically) to vp_information_resources@grss-ieee.org with subject line “Brand Identity Design Proposal”. Proposals will be accepted until Friday, October 28th.
