1st DESIS User Workshop
The 1st DESIS User Workshop will be held from Tuesday, 28th of September to Friday, 1st of October 2021. Workshop attendance is free, open and fully online.
The German Aerospace Center (DLR), Germany, and Teledyne Brown Engineering (TBE) located in Huntsville, Alabama, USA, operate the imaging spectrometer DESIS that is integrated in the Multi-User-System for Earth Sensing (MUSES) platform installed on the International Space Station (ISS). More than 50 scientific teams are already working with DESIS data. This workshop provides a platform for discussion and knowledge exchange related to spaceborne imaging spectroscopy with a focus on DESIS mounted on MUSES/ISS.
