Newsletter for a GRSS Chapter: Case study of Gujarat
The Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society functionally conducts its activities through 82 chapters across the globe. For India, we had established the Gujarat chapter in 2013. Since then a regular e-newsletter is published annually. This talk focuses on the need of a e-newsletter at the Chapter level, its content, distribution mechanism, and its impact. This effort has also resulted in enhanced awareness of the GRSS society and growth of membership in India.
