Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (InSAR) is primarily utilized in Remote Sensing applications and has created a new class of radar data that has significantly evolved over the last couple of decades. It is fair to say that, from its initial development, InSAR has become a new and pioneering remote sensing tool for measuring Earth surface deformation and topography. InSAR is now a mature technology which can now provide crucial constraints on a broad and diverse range of Earth science processes.
