Student Members are ineligible to vote. The top three candidates receiving the most votes will be elected.

The Administrative Committee will hold its Annual AdCom Meeting in November 2026 after the election results are announced. At this November AdCom meeting, elections will be conducted to fill the remaining three regular AdCom vacancies. All successful candidates will begin their terms on 1 January 2027.

The GRSS Administrative Committee (AdCom) consists of 18 elected members, each serving a three-year term with overlapping terms to ensure continuity.
