Calling all interdisciplinary innovators! How can geoscience and remote sensing (GRS) spark revolutions in healthcare, smart cities, or even art? The IEEE GRSS proudly presents GeoPitch 2025 – a competition challenging you to fuse GRS with any discipline to solve humanity’s toughest problems!
Phase I: Abstract Submission (deadline: May 31, 2025)
Submit a proposal of up to 500 words demonstrating:
✓ A cutting-edge problem requiring GRS+[Your Field] integration
✓ How your solution transcends single-discipline approaches
✓ Scalable impact across local/global contexts
Important Note: Proposals must be original and independently created by the participants. The use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. Submissions found to be AI-generated will be disqualified.
Phase II: Finals during IGARSS 2025
10 finalists will deliver a 5-minute TED-style pitch with 1 visual slide + 3-min live Q&A – designed to test deep interdisciplinary thinking!
