The 19th International SeaSpace Remote Sensing Conference will be held August 1-3, 2010, at the Turtle Bay Resort, Kahuku, Hawaii USA. A group rate of $179 and U.S. Government rate of $177 will be available through the hotel when mentioning that you are attending the SeaSpace Conference. Turtle Bay is located on Oahu’s North Shore and receives praise for being a full service resort with the feel of Old Hawaii. For more information on the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort, click here.

This year’s conference theme will be “The Contributions of Remote Sensing to Public Safety and Natural Resource Preservation,” to highlight the contributions our users are making towards these fields in their respective countries. The conference is being held immediately after the conclusion of IGARSS 2010, which is less than an hour away in the bustling city of Waikiki. Now our users will be able to attend both conferences while being able to cut down on their travel and expenses.

The Annual Remote Sensing Conference is a forum for the SeaSpace user community to engage in scientific exchange and an opportunity to learn about the latest in direct broadcast remote sensing ranging from future satellite instruments to in-depth scientific presentations on atmospheric, land and ocean remote sensing applications from scientists around the world.
