About the Speaker

Melissa Handa

Prior to joining the IEEE, Melissa was an Executive Director in the telecommunications industry, employed by Ericsson, Telcordia Technologies, and Bellcore.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin.
