About the Program

Explore Our Initiatives
How Does It Work?
The program follows a structured mentorship model to ensure meaningful and productive engagements between mentors and mentees:
- Matching Process: IEEE GRSS pairs mentors with mentees based on their career goals and expertise.
- One-on-One Meetings: Participants commit to at least one meeting per month, which can be virtual or in-person.
- 1-Year Commitment: Mentors and mentees agree to engage in the program for a minimum duration of one year to build a lasting connection.
