As the lead for Outreach and Communication in Women Mentoring Women, I am on a mission to growing the WMW community and inspiring everyone to connect beyond just the mentor-mentee pairs. My task mainly includes planning informal networking activities, such as online coffee breaks where you get to meet WMW members from all around the world! I have had many once-in-a-lifetime professional opportunities thanks to the connections I made through WMW. Now, it's my responsibility to guarantee that others members get the same chances.

I am part of the WMW team, where I contribute to organizing and coordinating workshops focused on skill development. These workshops are thoughtfully designed to equip participants with practical and transferable skills, catering to the diverse needs of individuals aiming for careers in both academia and industry. Our goal is to create inclusive, supportive learning environments that empower attendees to navigate their professional paths with confidence and competence.
