Our office in Arlington, VA is seeking highly motivated individuals for scientific and technical work focused on algorithm development for remote sensing applications.  Applicants will be considered for multiple positions depending on individual qualifications (combined degree and experience level) up to several years related technical experience and should possess a Bachelor’s or advanced technical degree (MS / Ph.D.) in Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Astrophysics, Astronomy, Computer Science, or related fields.

Successful applicants will support research and development of advanced software tools for image processing and sensor data exploitation.  Specific work areas may include physics-based modeling; experimental design; software development and testing; performance analysis; and customer interactions.  Strong technical experience is desired in one or more of the following areas: signal processing, optics, computational physics, computer programming or related technical fields.

Applicants should possess good communication skills and be able to interact effectively with customers and staff in other organizations, be comfortable working in a dynamic team environment, and be proficient in applying scientific principles, theories, concepts and techniques to challenging technical problems.  Candidates must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.  An active TS/SCI clearance is desired.
